WHAT ARE RE-TREATS WELLNESS DAYS ABOUT?
RE-TREATS aims to help all of our clients live the healthiest lives they can. In order to reach this goal, we offer a variety of services. We provide a day full of positive reinforcements that help you make lifestyle changes.
RE-TREATS Wellness Days provide you with a day giving you the space to take time to;

Our Wellness Days include -
Located in Somerset we are blessed to be in the heart of the countryside, our wellness days are located at places that include Pennard House, East Pennard and Open Pathway Retreat Centre, Queen Camel
Guaranteed you will be in for a treat surrounded by nature.
WALK & WORKOUT
The day will begin with us taking you on a mindfulness inspired guided walk through the countryside, a gentle start to the day.
We then get the good endorphins flowing with our full body workout. The only high energy section of the day where we burn calories and blitz body fat (don't worry you work at the level that is challenging for you.) This workout is guaranteed to motivate you, it includes Coach Mimis' boxing drills and Coach Rachels' ab blitz.
2 COURSE VEGETARIAN LUNCH
We will provide you with a delicious nutritious 2 course vegetarian lunch, the perfect way to refuel the body after the activities of the morning. In the summer our food includes items such as;
* Sweet potato falafels with a sweet potato, olive, rocket and sundries tomato salad. Topped with smoked paprika cashews and a lemon dressing.
* Quinoa, feta and pomegranate salad
* Fruit salads for dessert
gluten and dairy free options available on request
YOGA AND MEDITATION
You will be taken through a relaxing 60 minute facial and sound yoga session.
After this you will be taken through a 30 minute guided meditation.
This is a chance for you to be at one with your mind and body. Learning how to breath properly and learning techniques that will relax and sooth you.
POOL & RELAXATION TIME
The day is filled with experiences and activities which makes the day great value for money, however we understand that everyone needs to enjoy a little downtime so we have part of the day in which you can enjoy your own company and wander around the grounds or take part with us in the group indoor pool time.

Word on the Street
Rachel and Mimi created a day of varied activities which were great fun but an amazing work out. The morning was high intensity but they devised a slightly different plan for me to be able to deal with my hip pain. The afternoon was relaxing and I loved the experience of the algae pool. The surroundings were beautiful, the food was well thought out, healthy and yummy!
The day was well organised with a perfect balance of high intensity workouts and a relaxing walk and yoga followed by healthy and very tasty food and a dip in the algae pool which was an amazing and unique experience. Rachel and Mimi were very warm and welcoming and their personalities made the day all the more better. So so glad I booked!
